KALP event tech for people who run the show
A growing suite of tools for event crews. Plan the venue, build the run of show and call every cue live, with more products on the way.
01 · The idea
Every extraordinary experience begins with an idea.
02 · The complexity
Thousands of moving parts. One shared vision.
03 · The connection
What if every part worked as one?
04 · The reveal
Meet KALP.
Experiences in Sync.
05 · The handoff
From the first idea to the final cue.
KALP is the ecosystem. Each product runs one part of the show.
CuePilot · One cue, five beats
The next cues line up for every department. Lighting, video, sound and the emcee each see what is coming, with timings, before anyone moves.
Cue 14 comes up. Lighting gets its standby call and the GO control arms, so there is no doubt about what fires next.
The showcaller calls it. Cue 14 executes and every connected screen sees the same moment.
The status flips to live, the timeline moves on, and the next instruction is already waiting: standby video 15.
Cue logged, crew moves on. If anything runs late, the delay ripples down the rest of the show automatically.
The KALP suite
KALP is the parent brand. Each product takes care of one part of the show, and they are built to be used together.
From empty room to live show
Start with the venue drawing, to scale. Walls, entries and the real dimensions you have to work with.
Place the stage, centre LED and side screens so sightlines work from every seat.
Drop in rounds with half-moon seating so every guest faces the stage, with aisles kept clear.
Mark FOH, backstage, F&B and registration so every vendor knows where they work.
Lighting at the truss, video at the LED, sound at FOH, the emcee on stage, stage management backstage.
Plan the room, then run the show in it. The teams you placed on the floor take their cues in CuePilot.
How it works
Upload the venue drawing in EventSpace Studio and lay out stage, screens, seating and F&B to scale.
Turn the agenda into a cue-by-cue run of show in CuePilot, with owners, timings and contingencies.
On show day every department follows the same live timeline on any device. Delays update everyone instantly.
